Navigate Your Accounts: Stakeholder Map & Org Chart
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Centralize gives you two ways to understand who you know in an account and how it's structured: the Stakeholder Map, an automatic view of your team's warm engagement, and the Org Chart, a strategic view you build and maintain yourself.

Stakeholder Map
Navigate your account by starting with the Stakeholder Map — your at-a-glance view of who you know, where they sit, and what gaps you still need to fill. It's the first place to start when you're navigating an account in Centralize.
What the Stakeholder Map shows
The Stakeholder Map shows:
Engagement: people you've engaged with, or who have engaged with you.
Warm connections: first-degree LinkedIn connections for everyone who has synced their LinkedIn network to Centralize.
Opportunity stakeholders: anyone associated with an opportunity.
Note: Not all CRM contacts are automatically included in the Stakeholder Map. The map is built from warm engagement signals and opportunity membership — not your full CRM contact list.
What's included (and what isn't)
Included automatically
Contacts you've engaged with
Contacts who have engaged with you
Warm connections
Contacts on an opportunity
Not included automatically
Contacts that only exist in your CRM but have no engagement and aren't tied to an opportunity
How the Stakeholder Map is organized
Your Stakeholder Map is automatically created and segmented by:
Function / team (e.g., Marketing, Finance, IT)
Seniority level (e.g., Manager, Director, VP)
When you log into Centralize, you'll see the contacts you're already warm with mapped into the org by where they sit and how senior they are — no manual work required.
How to use it
Use the Stakeholder Map to:
Get an instant view of where you are in the account today.
Spot gaps in your multi-threading strategy.
Identify missing key decision makers for your ICP persona.
Example: If your ICP is Marketing and you're only connected to a Manager and Director, the VP section may be blank — this is a signal that you should identify and pursue the VP of Marketing.
Add CRM contacts to your map
If you want to browse contacts that exist in your CRM — even if they're not yet warm in Centralize — you can pull them into your Stakeholder Map.
Click CRM Contacts to expand the list.
Select the contacts you want to add. Centralize pulls in their name and title, and attempts to match their LinkedIn profile.
Click + Add to Map to place them on the Stakeholder Map according to their function and seniority level.

Org Chart
Use the Org Chart to map reporting lines and relationships within the account. Unlike the Stakeholder Map, which shows your engagement at a glance, the Org Chart is a strategic tool you build and maintain to reflect how the account is actually structured.
Why build an Org Chart?
The better multithreaded you are across an account — and the higher your engagement reaches within the power structure — the higher the likelihood that the account will close and renew. When you build an Org Chart, you can:
Understand where power and influence sit within the account.
Identify gaps in your coverage across business units or teams.
Spot key decision makers you haven't yet engaged.
Align strategy across your team on where to focus next.
Prepare for account reviews and QBRs with clear visibility into account health.
How to use it
Before a QBR or account review: Use your Org Chart as a reference to discuss coverage, gaps, and next steps with your team and leadership.
For expansion planning: Identify which business units or functions you're strong in and where you need to build relationships.
To drive deals forward: Pinpoint the right stakeholders to engage based on reporting lines and influence.
Build your Org Chart
You manually set reporting lines and hierarchies within Centralize.
Create groups. Groups let you organize complex accounts where different teams or divisions operate with distinct structures. Segment the org by business unit, function, or structure (e.g., Sales - Enterprise, Sales - Strategic, Customer Success).
Set reporting lines. Establish who reports to whom within the account to understand where decision-making power lies.

Share your Org Chart
Your champions know their account better than anyone. Sharing your Org Chart with them is the fastest way to fill in gaps, surface new contacts, and keep your relationship map accurate — without doing all the legwork yourself.
Navigate to your Org Chart.
Click Share and select Share as link.
Set the expiration date for the link (1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or never).
Customize what the viewer can see and do:
Password protect the link: Add a password for an extra layer of security.
Share buyer sentiment: Show support, neutral, and detractor sentiment on each contact.
Allow viewers to propose reporting line edits: Let whoever you share the link with suggest updates to your Org Chart.
Click Copy link, then Done.

Quick actions on contact cards
On both the Stakeholder Map and the Org Chart, you can take the most common contact actions right from a contact's card — without opening the full contact sheet.
Hover over a contact's card and click the ⋯ (three-dot) menu in its top-right corner.
Choose an action:
Draft Email — generate a personalized email draft for the contact.
Request Intro — ask a teammate with a warm connection to introduce you.
Generate Call Prep — get a call prep brief for the contact, even without a meeting on the calendar.
Create Task — create a task tied to the contact.
Add to Sequence — add the contact to a sequence in your connected sales engagement tool (for example, Add to Amplemarket Sequence).
