Share Your Org Chart

Your champions know their account better than anyone. Sharing your Org Chart with them is the fastest way to fill in gaps, surface new contacts, and keep your relationship map accurate — without doing all the legwork yourself. You can share an Org Chart in three ways: exporting as a CSV, exporting as a PNG, or generating a shareable link.

Before you start

  • You must have access to the Org Chart you want to share.

  • Anyone with a shareable link can view what you allow in the link settings.

Option 1: Export as CSV

  1. Open the account's Org Chart.

  2. Click Export (top right).

  3. Select Export as CSV.

  4. The file downloads to your computer.

Option 2: Export as PNG

  1. Open the account's Org Chart.

  2. Click Export (top right).

  3. Select Export as PNG.

  4. The image downloads to your computer.

Best practice: PNG exports are great for slide decks (QBRs / account reviews). They give leadership a quick visual of the relationship landscape without needing to log in to Centralize.

Option 3: Generate a shareable link

  1. Open the account's Org Chart.

  2. Click Share, then select Share as link.

  3. Choose an expiration (1 week, 1 month, 1 year, or never).

  4. Configure what the viewer can see and do:

    • Password protect the link

    • Share buyer sentiment (support / neutral / detractor)

    • Allow viewers to propose reporting line edits

  5. Click Copy link, then click Done.

Tips

  • For external sharing, enable password protection and set an expiration date.

  • If you want feedback, enable reporting line edit proposals so champions can suggest updates directly.
