Domain and LinkedIn mapping
Centralize pulls the account domain from your Salesforce account settings.
If the Salesforce.com domain is incorrect — or if an account has multiple domains and/or LinkedIn pages — update the account settings.
Updating the account settings (and the domains on LinkedIn pages) impacts the touchpoints Centralize pulls in and the suggested contacts it surfaces.
Adding a domain to an account that doesn't have one mapped yet also kicks off Centralize's initial contact import for that account.
Personal email domains (e.g., gmail.com) can't be mapped to an account — Centralize will skip them.
Domains, LinkedIn pages, and Slack channels can be removed the same way they're added, if something was mapped incorrectly.
Update your account settings
Click your profile icon or account avatar in the top navigation to open the account menu.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to the account you want to update, then update its domains, LinkedIn pages, or Slack channel connections as needed.
If you're adding Centralize to a customer Slack channel, select the channel and confirm. Your org needs Slack connected first — once a channel is added, the Centralize bot joins it and begins syncing its messages.

Heads up: When you add Centralize to a customer Slack channel, the members of that channel will receive an alert that Centralize has been added. This is a requirement from Slack, since messages will be visible in another platform.
