Add CRM Contacts to Your Account Map

Last updated: August 7, 2026

The Stakeholder Map only shows contacts you have warm engagement with. If you want to browse contacts that exist in your CRM — even if they're not yet warm in Centralize — you can add them to your Account Map.

Why browse CRM contacts?

Example: If your ICP is Marketing and you're only connected to a Manager and Director, the VP section of your Stakeholder Map may be blank — this is a signal that you should identify and pursue the VP of Marketing. Browsing your CRM contacts is the fastest way to find and add that missing stakeholder.

Add CRM contacts to your map

  1. Click CRM Contacts to expand the list.

  2. Select the contacts you want to add. Centralize pulls in their name and title, and attempts to match their LinkedIn profile.

  3. Click + Add to Map to place them on the Stakeholder Map according to their function and seniority level.
