What the Outlook integration does

Centralize supports Outlook and Microsoft 365 as an email touchpoint source alongside Gmail. Once connected, emails between you and your contacts sync into Centralize automatically as touchpoints, so your team has visibility into engagement across every inbox that's been connected.

Note: The exact connection steps for Outlook depend on your organization's Microsoft 365 setup, including whether your IT team needs to approve the connection first. Contact support@usecentralize.com to get your Outlook integration set up correctly on the first try — the team will walk you through the specific steps for your organization.

Connect your Outlook account

  1. Contact support@usecentralize.com to request Outlook integration setup for your account.

  2. Follow the sign-in and permission steps the team walks you through to connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 account.

  3. Once connected, your email touchpoints will begin syncing.

Switching from Gmail to Outlook

If your organization is moving from Gmail to Outlook — for example, as part of a broader Microsoft 365 migration — you don't lose your existing engagement history. Touchpoints already captured from Gmail stay in Centralize, and new touchpoints begin syncing from Outlook once it's connected, so your team keeps a continuous view of account activity across both providers.

Note: If you're planning a provider switch like this, contact support@usecentralize.com first so the team can coordinate the transition with you.
