HubSpot Integration Beta Version
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Connect Centralize to HubSpot to bring your companies, deals, and contacts into Centralize automatically. Once connected, teams can also push key updates back to HubSpot without leaving the app giving HubSpot-based teams the same relationship intelligence teams on Salesforce already have.

Available on our POC and Enterprise plans.
Requires an active HubSpot account with permission to authorize an integration.
Built for teams whose CRM of record is HubSpot rather than Salesforce.
What it can do today
When you connect HubSpot, you can:
Sync your HubSpot companies, deals, and contacts into Centralize automatically, including deal owners, pipelines, and stages.
See that data everywhere native Centralize accounts and opportunities already show up — the Accounts list, Account view, Opportunities table, and Org Chart.
Push updates back to HubSpot directly from Centralize: deal edits (amount, stage, close date, and pipeline), notes, and buying roles.
Create a contact in HubSpot straight from Centralize — if a contact isn't yet linked to HubSpot, click Add to HubSpot on their card. If HubSpot already has a contact with the same email, Centralize links to that record instead of creating a duplicate. A green dot on the HubSpot logo means the contact is synced, and a red dot means the last sync failed.
Connect the admin integration to get started. Once it's connected, any user on your team can push deal edits, notes, and buying role updates back to HubSpot through it.
Note: Buying roles sync as a label on the deal-to-contact association, so a contact needs to be tied to an open deal before a buying role can sync in either direction.
What's coming next
We're continuing to build out the HubSpot integration toward the same depth as our Salesforce integration. Areas we're actively working on:
Surfacing more of your HubSpot portal automatically, rather than only the accounts and opportunities you've added in Centralize.
Letting your admin choose which custom HubSpot properties sync into Centralize.
Syncing contact custom-field edits back to HubSpot, the same way deal edits and notes already do.
Bringing activation rules to HubSpot-connected accounts.
Syncing more touchpoint types from HubSpot — calls, emails, and meetings — beyond notes.
A smoother way to merge duplicate accounts for teams who used Centralize before connecting HubSpot.
Workflow ideas
Just connect the admin integration to get everyone going. Every user on your team can push deal edits, notes, and buying role updates back to HubSpot through that single connection — no individual rep connection required.
Add your priority accounts and opportunities directly in Centralize. Since Centralize currently shows what's been added rather than automatically surfacing your full HubSpot portal, don't wait for accounts to appear on their own — add the ones you're actively working.
Use notes as your go-to way to sync context back to HubSpot. Of the writeback types available today, notes are the most straightforward — log context there if you want your team to see it in HubSpot.
Tag buying roles at the deal level. If a buying role isn't showing up in HubSpot, check that the contact is associated with an open deal first.
Add a contact to HubSpot as soon as you create them in Centralize if they don't already exist there — click Add to HubSpot on their card rather than recreating them manually later. Once a contact is linked, use the Sync button on their card to push the latest updates.
If you had accounts in Centralize before connecting HubSpot, you may see some duplicates between your existing records and newly-synced HubSpot ones — reach out to your Centralize account team to help consolidate them while we build a more self-serve way to do this.
