Reports

Each report below can be drilled into for detail, and all support CSV export for further analysis.

Active Users

Use this report to see how many daily, weekly, and monthly active users you have across your organization. Activity counts as at least one page view within that time frame (including a login). Drill down to see exactly which teammates are active.

User Activity

Use this report to understand who is logging in and using Centralize. This makes it easier to see which teammates are leaning in and who might need coaching to get the most value from Centralize.

The report shows total logged-in users, last login date, and last high-value action (e.g., adding or syncing contacts, editing notes, managing org charts, requesting intros, configuring integrations) — sortable ascending or descending.

Contacts Added

Use this report to understand how many net-new contacts reps are finding and enriching via Centralize. This can be a proxy for how much multi-threading reps are doing into new stakeholders.

Contacts are broken down by source: manual entry, suggested contacts, and the LinkedIn Chrome Extension. Drill down to see the date added, contact name, account, contributing rep, persona, and source.
