How filtering works

  • Filters at the top of the page apply to every report below.

  • You can combine multiple filters at once to refine your view.

  • Some filters support multi-select (choose more than one value).

Filters

Activated Accounts

Shows the total number of accounts imported from SFDC compared to the total number of accounts activated in Centralize.

Date Range

Use this to control the reporting time period.

  • Preset ranges (Top Level Filter): Select a predefined number of days/weeks/months.

  • Custom Date Range: Choose specific start and end dates (commonly aligned to quarters or other business reporting periods).

Account Owner

Filter reporting to one or more account owners. Multi-select supported.

Account

Drill into one or more specific accounts. Multi-select supported.

Source

Narrow reporting to touchpoints from specific connected integrations (the origin of account touchpoints).

Persona

Filter reporting by the people/personas you want included. Commonly used to focus on executive touchpoints.

Direction

Use direction to filter by messages sent or messages received for the accounts included in your report.

Opportunities

Apply opportunity-level filters to the dashboard. Common fields include stage, type, and close date.

Custom Fields

Apply additional account-level fields to filter dashboards (for example SDR/CSM ownership or other account-specific fields).

Column

Add columns to your accounts with/without touchpoints report. These fields pull from the mapped account custom fields.

Tips

  • Start with Date Range, then refine by Account Owner or Account.

  • If results look too broad, add Source and/or Persona to focus the dataset.
